Maia Uchaneishvili joined the Foundation in 2011 and today she is head of Research Unit. In a current position, she is responsible for planning, implementing and closing all ongoing research projects in the organization. At the same time, she is involved in finding and conceptualizing new research opportunities, developing research proposals and negotiating with partners. She is responsible for the preparation of regular quarterly and annual progress reports of the research unit and on the status of several success indicators. Maia is also managing local and international internship programs. She is responsible for the strategic development of the research unit and the research team. She is a co-author of several scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals.
