Natia Razmadze joined CIF team in 2011. In her role as HR Administration Manager, she leads the strategic development and oversight of the Human Resource Information and Management System (HRIMS). Natia has played a central role in modernizing the organization’s internal operations by digitizing and automating core HR and administrative processes. Her efforts have significantly enhanced operational efficiency, data integrity, and the overall employee experience. She oversees all aspects of human resources, including performance evaluation, staff development, personnel affairs and policy implementation.
