Introduction and Overview

Curatio International Foundation (CIF) serves as a service provider to The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (TGF) under the framework of this technical assistance program.

The program itself aims to strengthen the capacities of CCMs to monitor and improve their performance, capability, and maturity as inclusive in-country governance mechanisms, to support learning and best practice and support CCMs to deliver the priorities of the Global Fund’s strategy 2023-2028 with the focus on 4 main functions of CCM:

• CCM Oversight function
• CCM Engagement function
• CCM Positioning and RSSH/Pandemic Preparedness & Response
• CCM Operations functions

Since April 2024 CIF has implemented 3 projects under the program framework. These are:

1. CCM Armenia: Operations – Review of Framework Documents
2. CCM Armenia: Operations – Facilitated CCM Orientation for CCM Members
3. CCM Azerbaijan – strengthening Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) capacity to advocate for domestic funding
