The first phase of the joint fellowship program of the Curatio International Foundation and the Knowledge to Policy Center (K2P) at the American University of Beirut has been successfully implemented

On July 27 and 28, the Curatio International Foundation implemented the first phase of the Strategic Fellowship program. Representatives of the government and non-government sectors in the healthcare competition were trained in evidence-based decision making and advocacy. The trainers of the program were experts working in the healthcare field.

The second part of the program involves an internship and allows selected candidates to conduct a research project, create evidence, and use it to communicate strategically and advocate for desired change. The program is implemented annually and will enable healthcare professionals to deepen their competency in creating evidence and acquire all skills needed for a successful advocacy cycle.

The Fellowship Program is implemented in partnership with The Knowledge to Policy Center (K2P) at the American University of Beirut and with the financial support of the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research at the World Health Organization
